We are not responsible for account suspensions, listing removals, policy violations, payment holds, or marketplace restrictions. Users assume all operational risks.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee profits, sales performance, or business success.

4. Pricing & Service Modifications

We may modify pricing, features, policies, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds for suspensions, misuse, business losses, or partial usage.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not abuse the system, engage in fraud, reverse engineer, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or harmful activity. No refunds will be issued.

9. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are recurring. You agree to pay all associated fees.

10. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

We may suspend service for failed payments until resolved.

Continued use after price updates constitutes acceptance.

We are not responsible for API failures, marketplace changes, or third-party system errors.

15. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery action.

16. Service Uptime Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external failures.

18. Indemnification
